Holy cow, I can't wait! Only 32 days until we leave our house!!!!!
Anyone else have a bunch of different countdowns going? We have a homemade one so my DD can pull off a number every morning before school, plus I have a countdown app on my iPod.
I'm thinking of adding other things around the house just to get in the spirit. Maybe a big banner in the living room announcing our upcoming trip.

Myself & my 2 DS (11 and 9) are going June 17-22, staying at DLH - woohoo! (bought the Costco travel package)
We'll do at least 1, maybe 2 days at Legoland - the boys are Lego fanatics - and after reading Hydroguy's thread on Understanding AP Blockouts, I expect the 20-22 to be crazy busy at DLR anyway.
So, our plan is:
6/17-19 - DL and CA, up early and follow Ridemax touring plan, use GAD vouchers for fastpasses
6/20 - Legoland
6/21 - maybe Legoland, not sure yet
6/22 - sleep in, hang around the hotel until time to go home
So, how does the meeting up with other DISers work? I read something about lime green Mickey head?

Well, I know that people make arrangements to meet one another and as far as that lime green Mickey heads we go to Home Depot and get the Mickey head paint chips and everybody has their own way of decorating them and what ever. And they hang them from lanyards or backpacks whatever to show that you are a member of disboards.
I am adding everybody to the list!!

Did anyone notice that the hours for 6/10 appear to be pushed back earlier than normal Grad Nite hours now? DCA is open 9 AM - 5 PM and Disneyland is open 8 AM - 8 PM. But fireworks are still scheduled for 8:40 at Disneyland? It's been that way for several days now.
I am assuming it's because of the media event at DCA (and maybe they want to start the Blast Off party earlier and move them into Disneyland earlier?). I know MiceAge announced plans of closing Paradise Pier during the paid Blast Off grad nite event, to prepare for the media event, but I don't think that would go over very well with grads.
Not sure if the fireworks will stay on the schedule, either.

Gosh I hope so. We are having cold storms in northern California. I am hoping this just means it won't be hot when we go.
