Groceries = not sure??? maybe $200
Rental car = around $300

total = $3500 for 10 days?
$350/day
$88/pp per day

For my solo trips, I usually have a budget around $2,000-$2,500 per trip, for resort, food and tips. These trips are typically 11 nights, and there are usually four per year. The budget is a little stretched for next year because I'm squeezing in an extra 4 night trip in a one bedroom villa at BWV for the marathon (my sister is doing her first 10K and that's where she wanted to stay). So that will probably mean no other deluxe resorts next year, and probably one or two value resort stays to keep everything within bounds. The only other trip that is booked so far is my late January solo trip, which is coming in at $1,600 for eleven nights (I have a couple gift cards helping me out on that one). Living close, I don't have to worry about transportation costs, and I have an AP that was just renewed, so that expense is taken care of.

May 2017:

14 nights, split between AKV (Concierge), Beach Club Villas, and Bay Lake Towers, studios for all 14 nights: $4000-4500
10-day park tickets x 2 = $800 (got the 6-day one park tickets for $638 and will upgrade for another $165-ish to make it 10 days)
Flights (go there): $275
Shuttle to airport: $100 (plus gratuity)
Flights (coming back): ?? (prices haven't come out yet for SWA)
Dining: $1000 (Dining with Imagineer, BOG Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Dessert Party at MK for Fireworks, Grand Floridian Tea are so far what we have planned and booked)

So far, total is $6175-6675.

EEK!!!

April 2017, 2 adults, 1 child (or adult by Disney standards!)

7 nights AKL $2004
4 day Military salute tickets w/water park option $738
Food, not sure. First time without the DDP (daughter is 11 now, doesn't make sense anymore)
Maybe $150/day? ($1000-1200?)
Gas, $150 (unless we find plane tickets for <$200 each, then we will splurge!)

Total, $4000+ (ouch!)

I'll take a stab at it -

2 adults October, 2017
7 nights Boardwalk Villas studio $1712 (preferred view, DVC point rental)
7 day park hoppers $759.28 (bought on special in July - buy 4 days get 3 free)
Food? going to F&W a lot, guessing $1200
Total about $3700

We are planning on going the same time and also got the 7 day ticket deal! Not sure where we are staying yet, but I hope our trip comes out like yours!

Ok I know i am stealing a topic but its a new year. I want to try to keep this as simple as possible and so that we can all compare apples to apples. I fully understand that people will add different things to their own vacations but I would like to try to keep the costs to just the WDW portion of your vacation. No travel costs, unless you want to put it in as an additional cost. So here i go:

A 5 day stay for 2 (me and DW) at Port Orleans Riverside with 5 day ParkHopper and Dinning Plan (1 TS, 1 QS, 2 Snacks/day)
* POR: $1,445.85
* 5 Day Park Hopper: $873.97
* Dinning Plan: $673.30
* Total Cost: $2,993.12 or $299.31/person/day

As a side note....I have been keeping track of the costs of our trips since 2008 and the per day per person costs have gone from $149.72 to $299.31 an increase of 99.9%!!

This is almost our trip exactly! We are doing the Play, Stay, Dine package at POR in February. 7 nights, 5 day tickets (non-hoppers) and Dining Plan for me, DH and our two children (both under 3) for $2,990.28

September F&W Festival
2 adults
6 days 5 nights at BWV = $896.00 (dad paid for it)
6 day Park Hoppers = $736.00 (dad paid for it)
Airfare for 2 (waiting on it to release) = ~ $500.00
Food for 2 = ~ $600.00
Total $1,100.00

Right now we're at $220pp/day for Sept. 2017.

1 night All Star Sports
5 nights CBR
4 base tickets
DDP
2 adults 1 child

We will be adding one night of MNSSHP tickets, and hoping for free dining or other discount. Our May 2015 trip was 7 nights CBR, DDP, six day hoppers, with a discount and was $176/day.

2 adults, 1 14 yr old, 1 4 yr old

Update:

Rented DVC points for a Split Stay VWL/BCV right at 2000 for Nov 18th-26th.
Have 240 dollars in GC to Landry's (free) that will pay for T-Rex and Yak & Yeti
Have 95 dollars in GC to Starbucks (so far/free) that will pay for Coffee/Snacks
Have 218 rewards visa GC to use for food while there

Tickets to Disney, Universal and LegoLand look to be right at 3000 for all (7 day PH, 4 day P@P & 1 Day)

Rental car around 400 (still hoping for lower) out of RSW to MCO.

Haven't opened up flights on all airlines yet, likely 400/person so 1200.

Now I'm feeling a bit sick.

OOP so far looks to be 6600 not including food other than mentioned above. So likely with food/souvenirs/gas etc. around 7500-8000. OUCH!

August 2017 trip

2 adults, 1-12 year old, 1-8 year old staying at the Poly:

8 nights - $2133
8 Day base tickets - $1185
Food - first time travelling without dining plan, so not totally sure
Flights - guessing that they will be approximately $1000 total

We have 3 rooms but I am paying for myself. For our September 2017 trip -

1 adult staying at the Beach Club
8 nights, 9 days
8 day park hopper
$2300

Airfare will be purchased in February.
Dining will be paid for w/ discounted Disney gift cards. We did this, this past September and it worked out well and I even came home with over $200 on my gift card for the next trip.

I'm assuming people aren't including discounts in their breakdowns? I see some stays that have people at the Polynesian for $265 a night, that has to be a discount?
