Ouch, rough run today. I did heavy weights (70 lb squats) yesterday and I think it messed with my running form today. My run should have been 10 miles, but my knee really started hurting at 6.5 miles. Had to switch to walk/run intervals. Made it through 9.5 miles (was still that far from home).
I guess if I want to find a plus side its that I got more minutes So two hours total.
