With having one girl and 3 boys, also keep in mind that BC would only give you 3 sleeping surfaces, whereas you'd have 4 at CB with the 2 rooms. For some families that may not be a big deal, for others it is.

Yeah that's true...right now it's not an issue but might be when they're older. I do think I am leaning towards 2 rooms at a moderate, and this is just another reason! My DD might be willing to share with the youngest boy (he will be 7 or 8) but not sure.
