It’s not a matter of Disney disappointing. That’s just always been the nature of this event. It saddens me when people go and then are all angry that they didn’t announce anything or have any celebrities. Many of us who know what it’s about and would be thrilled to go couldn’t get tickets. Not saying that you are doing that though.
Very good points!

I'll also add that if engaging in a fandom is causing a lot of negative feelings, maybe it's time to take a break. To be constantly frustrated about whether Disney will expand here or there, build this or that, etc, just sounds like not a great thing to do yourself. WDW and other Disney destinations will still be there later when/if one wants to go back there. Lots of other places to see around the world in the meantime!

I say, just take changes and additions (or lack thereof) as they come. Embrace them or don't. It's fun to discuss them but imo, no need to get worked up about any of it. It's all supposed to be just for fun after all. Just my 2¢ 😁☮️🌈

Disneyland says effective Jan. 20, 2024, either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park will open 30 minutes early each day for guests staying in one of the Disneyland Resort hotels. Currently, both theme parks open 30 minutes early each day for hotel guests.

I know it's a scale back, but it's actually better for offsite guests. As an offsite, I would rope-drop the park that did not offer an early entry perk.

Good point. Especially considering most guests at DLR are off-site given how few Disney resorts there are out there

Extended Evening Hours Schedule Change for Early November

According to Disney World, EPCOT will host Extended Evening Hours twice in the week of October 29th through November 4th. Not only will EPCOT host Extended Evening Hours twice in the same week, but the schedule will move to a Monday/Thursday cadence instead of the typical Monday/Wednesday timing.
How do we think evening hours till 11 at Epcot 11/2 will affect the 5K running 11/3? Security opens up for runners at 3am and participants driving to the race are usually in the parking lot as early as 2?
