Anyway, I did want to let everyone know the interview process went well and I was informed earlier this week that I'll be getting the position. Of course, that does mean I'll be doing my job, trying to find someone to take it over and learning new responsibilities which certainly won't help with my huge game of catch up, but I'm excited about the opportunity and it should really be a good thing for me and my family.

I want to let everyone know I've read all your comments, even if I haven't taken the time to address each one individually. I do want to catch up here sometime soon, so my game plan will be to read through the many, many updates on other TRs I'm following. Give some briefer than normal comments and then I'll get back here with the next update on this TR. I'm not going to promise a time frame, because I don't want to make a promise I might not be able to keep, but I will certainly start reading some of your TRs right now. I have a little bit of time today...

Congratulations! That's great news. I know what you mean about playing catch-up, especially when taking on a new position and new responsibilities. My time is definitely more limited here than it used to be. So that's resulted in not really being able to participate much in the everyday chatter. You'll figure it out, I'm sure.
