Candlelight Processional Dining package 2017 Watch -partial Narrator list updated Aug 25th

I will be going to Disney at the end of November and I want to book the Candlelight package. I've never booked any reservations with Disney before. Is it better to call or go online?

Something is going on with the system. Biergarten is currently not listed, and it was an hour ago. And when I choose another restaurant it says there are no times. Maybe they are tweaking things before they release them? Although I'm concerned that Biergarten has completely disappeared from the page, not just the drop down, since that's what we were hoping to book.

I booked Fantasmic for 11/30. I thought this was already open for booking?

Dates are not lighting up for some restaurants but are for others - I guess they are up to something!

I found the same thing, no dates lit up anymore, and list of restaurants is smaller. I am bummed, we are really hoping for the Biergarten dining package.

I was told a month ago (by a senior Guest Relations/Specialist who was helping me with a IT bug affecting my ability to make reservations) that availability for Garden Grill was being held back because of Candlelight packages - she even called the manager of the restaurant to confirm. Unless they completely changed their plans, my guess is that we've caught them in the middle of their updates and just need to hang tight. As popular as the package is, and after expanding its availability last year, I would be shocked for them to go backwards in availability.

Yes, I just noticed that. The restaurants that have times loaded show the dates lit up. If you choose a restaurant such as Akershus that says no availability there are no dates lit up. I'm only seeing like 3 available dinner times for many choices. Hopefully they are just getting everything sorted out

Same here! I got pretty much everything I wanted, even a PPO for Akershus and breakfast at Be our Guest for our trip for 8 people but nothing for Garden Grill! I wonder why so many of those are being held back?

What dates are you staying? We're staying 11/26-12/2 and I've been checking multiple times a day, starting at 6am, for Akershus since May 30th(180) days out and haven't been able to get ANYTHING. Even have touringplans.com's reservation finder looking for me.

Trattoria al Forno breakfast option disappeared as well. Only shows 5 and 5:30 options. I was hoping to score this package for breakfast in case we never get a regular Bon Voyage breakfast reservation but as a bonus we get to watch the show.
