I've been Keto for a year and just returned from WDW. I was able to easily remain on track through my whole trip & even lost a few pounds.
I brought hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and brought string cheese & pumpkin seeds for snacks. Skipped desserts (aside from a taste here & there) & kept dark chocolate in my hotel fridge if I was craving something sweet.
Counter service & Table service were very easy to work with to omit non keto ingredients. Buffets were easy to find great choices
My only complaint was we were on the DDP & there were barely any Keto DDP snack options to choose from.
