Updated Disney Gift Card Deals and More

I have been trying to buy DGCs from Costco every couple of days and all orders have been cancelled. The last time I had success was 12/19.

    Costco Disney Gift Cards

I was able to order 2 orders of 2 cards with my membership and my husband could only get 1 order of 2 cards before his second order was cancelled. I waited 24 hours to try again, and my order was cancelled. Still, saved $150, so was pretty happy with how easy that was.

DISCOUNT TICKETS to Walt Disney World

I am also looking at tickets via Undercover Tourist during this sale. The price for the Adult 8-day PH is listed at $754.02, but then it comes out to $827.72, which is 9.77% in taxes/fees. I thought that sales tax was 6.5%, so what is the other $24.69 for? We have been buying from...

Superthread for Disneyland Resort Closure and Reopening, 3/14/20 - 7/17/20: Please Post All Relevant Questions and Information Here!

Thanks for your reply! Today, I made the sad decision to cancel our DLR trip for June 21-25 . What a tough decision. I was using DVC points, so had to call and discuss my options. I may end up losing some Grand Californian points due to them being banked, but maybe I can try to rebook...

Is there a way to know if we would be credited for the full ticket price or the discounted UCT price? And what if my son can't use his because he is going away to college, would we just keep the paper voucher indefinitely until he can go on a vacation to DLR again?

First off-season trip to BCV in 2020, advice on when to go?

Thank you! It sounds like we can try F&W one year and then F&G two years later, or vice versa. I'm thinking late October to early November might be good weather for us in 2020, plus airfare won't be as awful as it has been during the holidays. Now I need to look up The Swan Food and Wine...

First off-season trip to BCV in 2020, advice on when to go?

Thanks for the continued advice. Since we live in California, it's hard to get to Orlando more than once every other year. I'd love to go more often, but it's expensive to fly us out there. Maybe early November would have nice weather, or early March. It's so hard to decide. Maybe being...

First off-season trip to BCV in 2020, advice on when to go?

What did you think about both F&W and F&G, in comparison? Equally enjoyable? It's so weird to be able to think about traveling outside of the school holidays.

First off-season trip to BCV in 2020, advice on when to go?

Thanks for the information. We own a few timeshares, and I just got done booking some nights in NYC via a different system, and that usually requires booking one night at a time. I have to switch to DVC mode now! We'd probably book a two bedroom, which may be easier to book than the smaller...

First off-season trip to BCV in 2020, advice on when to go?

Thanks for the great ideas. I will research F&G and check out Festival of the Arts, too, but not sure about the weather/cold. We've been in November when it's been 85 or 60, but prefer something in between. For F&W, does everyone book one night at a time and keep adding on each day?
