How common is this? I don't think (though I could be mistaken) that I've ever been quite that SOL with mobile ordering, and actually prefer it to talking to a CM to order lol

Well, the Avengers Campus thing is obviously a very extreme circumstance, but on my trip a few weeks ago to WDW the most desired timeslots were running out for some locations. Like, say if you want lunch at 11:30 or 12, you should order early - very early. It could vary by location, but the "hot" places would book up, plus you'd still ahve to wait a while once you checked-in for your order. It was a bit ridiculous.

Man, I never even saw this version.

We didn't either. Tried in January 2020, but someone had gotten sick in the theatre and it temporarily closed. We never got back over that way before the last show.
Hopefully, this is just a short-term thing!

Dang! I wanted Johnny and Moira to narrate my journey through the great north on our next trip! I wonder if they are going to convert it to a F&B location for Food and Wine like they had before?

Another blog seems to indicate the space will most likely be used for the F & W booths... I’ll keep an eye for any definitive updates.

Johnny and Moira would be cool, although I think Deadpool and Pumba could be much more... interesting. And I hope they convert it for F&W to the Appleseed Orchard again. It was a great place to get out of the heat, smell the apples and enjoy a drink and some of that awesome caramel apple popcorn.

That was my first thought when I saw the headline- that they have been using it for the Appleseed booth. My guess (since they just redid the film not long ago) is that's all this is. But I have been wrong before!

That's too bad. We never have gone to any of the movies 'cuz my husband gets motion-sick with the circlevision. I was planning on seeing all the movies on my April 2022 solo trip...

I had the problem in November at Hollywood Studios. I tried to order dinner around 4.30 for a 7pm close and I couldn't get a quick service meal anywhere.
