Do you think this news for Pop Century is GROOVY and FAR OUT or is it a BAD TRIP for the Resort?lol:)

How long our the lines for the skyliner in the morning. We will be there in March and have a 10:05 reservation for Topolino’s. Will we have enough time to take the skyliner to the Rivera?

Skyliner Is down for mantince till through the 28th :(
As least for Pop and AOA
May I ask where you learned this?

We were advised by a moderator a few days ago of the upcoming closures and these were published here Friday:

Skyliner operational closures for maintenance
  • Jan. 24: Disney’s Pop Century/Art of Animation Resorts line unavailable
  • Jan. 26: Disney’s Hollywood Studios line unavailable
  • Jan. 28: EPCOT International Gateway line unavailable
buses will be available when Skyliner isn't.

Unless the schedule has changed, the Pop line is only closed today.

Tuesday a Pop guest would need to take a bus to DHS because that leg of the line is closed and Thursday a Pop guest would need to take a bus to Epcot.

Also, the lines should all be fully functional on Monday, Jan 25th and Wednesday, Jan 27th.

If this has changed @Disneyfan754321, please advise.

Anyone know what time to catch that first bus for AK and MK?
The first bus normally leaves Pop between 45 - 75 mins before park opening. You would want to arrive earlier than that at the Pop stop as by the time the first bus arrives, a line of guests would already have formed. Arriving at the stop 90 mins before park opening is recommended IF you want to attempt to be on the first bus of the day.

If anyone is at Pop today:

The Pop/AoA Skyliner isn’t running today but there are buses to both Epcot and DHS and one over to CBR. There was a long line for the Epcot bus (crowded buses make me COVID nervous.) so I hopped on the “Skyliner” bus and rode with one other couple to CBR where the Epcot Skyliner was a walk-on.

Yes,just allow PLENTY of time.

The first Gondola has been leaving the PopArt Station around 90 minutes before DHS "official" open.

The Skyliner from CBR Station to Epcot doesn't start until around 10:30 AM.

HOWEVER,it starts running for testing much earlier so you can ask the CMs if you can ride it to Riviera Station for your Reservation.

If the answer is no,you will need to walk through Jamaica and Aruba to access Riviera.

Either way,the CMs will want to see your ADR.

Coffee pod suggestions to pack for room? Looking to bring my own flavored coffee pods for the room and hoping those who do the same can share what your faves are and where you buy them. I see Melitta makes Vanilla Creme brulee which looks interesting but pricey. Most of what I find online are k-cups which of course won't work.

Ok good to know. Thank you. Wasn't sure how early to plan for that

Thank you. What you posted tonight is in agreement with what was published Friday and very different from what you posted this morning. I didn’t want Pop guests suddenly thinking the Pop line was closed fir 5 days when it was only closed for 1 day.

Here is the announcement from Disney concerning Hippy Dippy.

Definitely not a GROOVY announcement for you PopStars staying during those dates.

However we probably love hanging out at Bowling more than Dippy-can't beat the 1950s Soundtrack! :)

My guess is the work is to replace the Heater for Dippy.

Dippy was down one day last week and the Lifeguards told us they were having trouble with the Heater.

The Hippy Dippy Pool will be unavailable February 15 through early March 2021 while it undergoes maintenance work. The other themed pools will remain open for Guests’ enjoyment. During this time, it is possible that Guests may see or hear construction, but noise should not be heard from Guest rooms between dusk and 9:00 AM.

No Skyliner to DHS today and, it seems, very, very few buses.

It’s 8:55 and the line for a DHS bus stretches from the ESPN stop up to the Epcot stop before looping back and around out of sight behind Classic Hall. The first bus didn’t arrive until almost 8:20 and there’s only been one since then. I quit counting MK buses (also a 9:00 am opening) at 12.83E9F44A-1B86-4F3B-A524-2C74267D1709.jpeg
