Closed: Points for Rent - 0 SSR June 2020 Points $14/pp

Hi,

I have 82 June SSR 2020 points for Rent for $14 per point. These points need to be used by May 31, 2021. I'm an experienced DVC owner and have rented points pretty extensively through the point rental service, but am not going to go back to that vendor given all the bad things that have happened in the past few months to renters and owners. For a rental, I'd look for a simple written agreement, payment, and I'd made the reservation for you. Let me know!

If interested, please include as much information as possible:

Preferred and alternate dates of stay
Preferred and alternate resorts
Preferred views (also include if standard is acceptable if preferred view not available)
Acceptable room sizes

Thanks for the email. Since I only get 1 transfer out of the account and I'm limited on the number of rentals each year, I really need to do larger transactions. But I totally get being there at that time - I plan to be at Disney as it reopens too!

Hello! I am interested in a one bedroom (could do studio for 5 if nothing else is available) for December 6/7 - 12/13, 2020. Dates flexible, but would prefer one of those start dates with one of those end dates). View doesn’t matter. Top pick for resort would be AKL or Boardwalk. Could do a split stay. Would also consider Boulder Ridge. If we did a split stay that included AKL or Boardwalk I could do the other half of the stay just about anywhere. (We want to stay at AKL and/or Boardwalk bc we are considering contracts there.)

Hi - That seems to be a popular week. There's much more availability the next week if you're interested. It looks like there are a couple of nights in 1 bedrooms at the rooms you want, but nothing I can piece together to get you at the places you want to stay at for the entire week. SSR is available for the whole time in a 1 bedroom preferred for 166 points if that's something you want. Feel free to shoot me a PM as it may be easier to piece something together over the phone.
