Finally got the app working but can’t get it on my old Apple TV. Interesting when I clicked on Ralph Saves the Internet (curious because it’s also a Netflix) It said this movie is not available in your region. Again I’m in Canada. Update: Ralph says it’s coming December 11

Has anyone been able to download the app on a Samsung Smart TV? I can't find it on mine and I don't know if it's because it's an older model or if it hasn't launched on Samsung yet (even though I know they reached a deal to get it on Samsung TVs...)

(I do have it downloaded on my phone, though, so all is not lost)
 


Signed up for the bundle this AM (as a current Hulu subscriber I was waiting for the specifics to come out on how to sign up for bundle pricing.) Didn't have any issues getting signed up and getting profiles for the family setup, but there have been a few glitches here and there browsing content and signing in on other devices. All launch day growing pains I'm sure.

Of course all along I knew what was coming to the service, but finally seeing it all in one place on the app I'm super psyched.

Morning radio show host was on this AM complaining about this, how there was not an app (yet at least) for his 2 year old Samsung TV. So it's not just you...

Will be watching the moment I get off work this afternoon! Went through the app this morning , very impressed with the amount of content. Major props to them

Downloaded it at 6:00 am! Lol!! And....it’s amazing!!!!! I’m so overwhelmed, I don’t know what to watch first!!!
 
It’s amazing. The only thing is I get the slow loading thing when going to a new show. I haven’t seen that circle thing in a long time since I got gig internet. You don’t actually get gig internet with WiFi but it’s instant. Disney plus is not instant for me. No problem playing thou once the circle thing goes away. Anyone else see the circle thing when going to a new show that has fast internet? It’s usually about 2-3 seconds but sometimes longer. I’m use to instant. Guess I’m spoiled with gig.

Samsung smart tv app is available, took a few tries to download. That said, I can't log in to my account. Prompts me to call customer service. 1 hour on hold...
 
I can’t get to anything on the app on my iPad. I logged in and it’s telling me to select who’s watching but the only option is to add a profile. I made one with my name but it says already taken because my Dad made a profile for me on a different device. But I can’t see it to actually select it and get to the content.
 
Downloaded app on my iPhone after logging in via the Disneyplus website (couldn’t find it yet by just going to Apple store), next I will load on my TVs that have Roku. So excited! Waiting to watch first item with my DD once she wakes up — promised her last night we would do it together. She wants to watch Mandalorian. Noelle looks cute, too.

Hmmm. Things are smooth on iPhone but getting this set up on our various TVs that are have Roku or for which we have external Roku devices is VERY slow! Was able to get first tv going so DD could watch Mandalorian b4 heading to school.
 
I watched Forky Asks a Question before work and I plan on settling in after work with the Lady and the Tramp live action movie. Now the struggle is finding time for everything else!
 
I can log in, but get an "Unable to Connect" screen. I'm at work so I can't watch now anyway. I hope it's gone when I get home.
 
I just signed up for the bundle. ESPN login worked fine but when I try to login to Hulu using the same credentials it says no subscription. So that's kind of annoying...

Same here, I'm logged in but beep getting "Unable to connect - try again later" message on my Amazon Fire tablet. Not sure if it has something to do with my tablet...I hope not.
