It's not like buying a car. Its more like buying something at Walmart. Your not going to negotiate with the cashier at Walmart on the price of the fancy, Walmart branded toaster.I still want to call my guide, say “I will buy my 150 points, pay with cash right now - what type of deal can you give me”
I would do this with a riviera contract as this property is not selling well (from what we’re hearing)

My advice,go home think about it for 50 years while investing that money and if you still want it then go right ahead.there's nothing stopping you from doing that. give 'em a call and see what happens.
The answer will be a big NO -- they offer the price that they offer. There might be incentives if you buy a certain amount of points. So with that it doesn't sound like Riviera is right for you. On the resale market there is much more flexibility in negotiating prices so you might want to start there.Wonder what the response would be?
