Have you done it on his? I have my loan through them and would do it if I know I could. At least when I can get a good deal cause I pay 180 a month and don't necessarily want to buy a $500 card amd float the money, at least right now.

I didn't see your OP to know your situation but I returned an in-store Macy's purchase that I earned RMN CB from and that was not clawed back. It is the ONLY RMN purchase I made that wasn't a GC and I returned it lol

OT but today I learned how expendive ADHD meds can be. DS was just prescribed vyvanse and it’s $294/month at Costco Luckily we got one month free.

I have a bit to mull it over, I'll probably try for those online for the RMN offer. I did look through my Plastiq history and I don't think I've used many prepaid visas, just MCs during the promo last month. DH brought up Disney GCs... I suppose the very best return with those would be to use them at BB for the swagbucks offer, but I haven't been brave enough to take a Visa GC to my Best Buy yet.

We used the Moovit app to figure out how to get around on the subway and found it very easy!

Thanks for that tip - just downloaded it for the next time. We used the subway on our last trip and could have used it then.

Well I’m down to two MS locations. Even my cards with my name on them don’t seem to be doing the trick anymore. I haven’t had to really MS much lately because I have had some crazy expenses, $500 for my car deductible, 20% off on Amazon so I spent $400 on grocery giftcards, $400 to prepay my phone bill and get 10% off, 1500 for a MacBook Pro, $100 for 4 Cheesecake Factory giftcards, and $4500 of my brothers tuition payment,(gets reimbursed to me and no fee with a credit card). And I’m hunting down 4K of Disney Giftcards for my wedding. Yikes, that’s a lot of spend. Normally we spend 3.5k a month including our crazy high rent lol. The beginning of the year should be lower expenses because a lot of my spend is stocking up on discounted giftcards. I’ll probably buy $300 in target cards Sunday too. SO also is getting an Apple Watch 4.

Anyway I still want to MS and build up a stash of UR points so I may order some giftcards Saturday and drive out to the suburbs.

Have you tried Food Lion? I just recently bought a few there, but I only do one swipe as that seems to raise the alarms (pretty much everywhere now). Fee is only 46 cents.

Oh, remember the Apple Watch conversation a couple of weeks ago, when I said I am on my second watch, had one since day of the first release, and I have never scratched the glass?? Yeah, well guess what? Yep, scratched it two days ago!! That'll teach me! Just have a backup plan for liquidating the VGC (e.g., organic spend). I kept getting errors on Plastiq trying to use a $300 VGC bought at Staples to make a payment towards student loans. The VGC was registered and everything.

Yes - me too. I called and was told that Plastiq is a blocked merchant. I ended up just getting money orders at Food Lion, which was really a win cause its a cheaper liquidation method. In hindsight, I'm glad it didn't work on Plastiq cause it forced me to try MO's again.

We own Wyndham. Got sucked into a developer purchase years and years ago. But we've made good use of it. I mostly exchange these days, it has good trading power with RCI. DVC Sarasota Springs is relatively easy with an ongoing search. I like the Hilton Vacation Club resorts (HGVC) a lot. We've exchanged to their resorts in Hawaii (Waikiki and Big Island), and just back from their resort on the backside of Legoland California (with private entrance for all the hotels in that complex). Our Iceland/Scotland trip next year started when I caught an exchange to one of their Scotland resorts.

I started out with just two travel reward cards then started into the disney gift card churning and now collecting credit cards. Haven't churned any credit cards yet. So far just opened some and either kept them or closed them. Mainly used to collect points with the BOA card. Then started with SW personal and worked my way to CP. Next realized I was missing out on savings with disney gift cards and now just trying to get the most travel out of our cards. Thanks to every one here we have gone to disney with a free campsite for a week and will go to universal with the room paid for in 2019. looking forward to continue learning and earning more free travel trips

Yikes! What a bummer. Wonder if the manufacturer offers any coupons? My BIL has been on Concerta for a long time which I think is fairly low cost with insurance, though I know medications may work differently on each person.

Got the pillows of the boy's I ordered last week after finding the company cut out pillows on groupon. They are too cool not to share. Sorry it's so big but I'm lazy and just used the facebook link instead of uploading again to imugr. The pillows are 14 inches tall. Buddy is on the left and is Dude's (on the right) gift to grandma. Dude and I agreed that we couldn't not get one of him too The fabric is soft and the images are on both sides which surprised me, I thought they would only be on one side. They also do people's heads

Just to make sure, are we talking about the same Palace - The New York Palace? I've never stayed there, but I've always read it's one of the premier/flagship luxury hotels.

Yes that's the one. We stayed there once when we had a layover on the way to Europe and spent a fun day there with DD, letting her choose where we went and what we did. Then another trip to NY looking at colleges (less fun LOL), part of a longer trip to the East Coast that was mostly college tours. I haven't stayed anywhere else in NYC, since I kept booking it since it felt familiar. The cost (when I looked it up last week) was about 1/2 the price of the Hyatt! I chose it the first time partly because DD was younger and had seen it on TV (early Gossip Girl episodes) and it was her trip, and partly because it was pretty much the cheapest hotel in NY that I could book through FHR.
