Agree! I think this must be a common issue. CM seemed totally unfazed by it. I’m surprised they don’t have a way to separate different tickets within the same MDE account, but I am guessing this is something they may need to invest some manpower towards figuring out. There has to be an easier way!Good to know. Two very important points - CM handled it well - which is fantastic.
