WWYD scenario! Need some outside opinions.
Ok we have a Carnival cruise booked for this September. Already put deposit down and balance (about $900) is due in July.
We also plan on doing the Disney British Isles cruise in September 2019. Have not put a deposit down yet. I know it’s over a year away but I really want to put down a deposit ASAP to lock in the price. I know it’ll only go up the longer we wait and that trip will be expensive enough.
I have an account for all my SB, Ibotta, Shopkick, etc money (“play” money). This account is solely going towards these trips. But what would you do first? Pay off this years cruise or put deposit down for next year? I’m torn and starting to overthink!

Not sure how you're paying off your Carnival cruise, but wanted to make sure you were aware of how to get Carnival gift cards 10% off (if you don't have a better deal on them). You can usually get through AARP or through AllState rewards.
Carnival and Disney are the most flexible. I feel like the carnival ones can only be used on Carnival—not their other lines. This is how I justify sticking with DCL instead of trying RCI!I've never paid for a cruise with gift cards outside of Disney. But I've been curious, is there any restrictions to how many you can use? We've not cruised Carnival but we like Princess which is under the same umbrella. Do you know if they've made a generic GC that can be used on all yet? Or I should look for the individual brands still?
Our next one is on Norwegian but I'm always looking for tidbits of info in case a good deal pops up elsewhere. Thanks!

There are no restrictions with how many you can use. We cruised with Carnival last summer and I paid off our whole cruise (and our on board expenses) with gift cards I purchased at 10% off. At this point though, you cannot use them on Princess unfortunately.

Im powering through swagbucks. Trying to qualify for as much as possible. I signed up for a few things and have been activatiing discovers as much as possible. At first it was quick but now it's slow going. Ive had the videos going on my cell phone while I try to answer surverys or have other content going at the same time. Today ive only gotten 89 SB. :/ The discover offers that say you can do them unlimited times such as the coupon clipper ones have only credited once
How do you do that lol? I've got ncraves, and explore going on my browser as well as video going on my cell. So those are a little overwhelming but it's adding up. Yesterday I earned like 450 SB which was pretty cool. Today is just going slower.can try clearing your cache or switching to an incognito mode to try again on those ones that aren't crediting.
