im looking for Adults who have no kids but prefer to sail Disney over the other cruise lines. Why do you choose Disney?
We are a married couple without kids, and we have only ever sailed with Disney. Our first cruise was for our honeymoon. We were a little nervous about cruising at first, and with Disney's track record and my personal experiences always being excellent with Disney resorts, we definitely felt better about booking a Disney cruise. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness of the ship. We are Disney fans, so we really enjoyed the shows, themed dining, Castaway Cay, etc. We are also not drinkers, so being in an atmosphere that didn't revolve around drinking or gambling was nice for us. We had heard that some other cruise lines have much more of a party focus, which just didn't interest us. Overall, we just felt very comfortable with Disney, which led us to book again.im looking for Adults who have no kids but prefer to sail Disney over the other cruise lines. Why do you choose Disney?
We’re seniors with adult children. Although we did the Alaska cruise with family in three staterooms, we have done all our other cruises on either DCL or Viking River Cruises. We return to DCL for the service, the excellent management of DW’s food alergy (gluten), the shows, characters, and other aspects of the entertainment, the fact there is no casino, the reasonable size of the staterooms, and the itineraries. We have done Med, Alaska, multiple transatlantics, Panama Canal, and Eastern and Western Caribbean as well as shorter Bahamas cruises where we go b2b to get our preferred minimum of 7 nights on board. The longer TA and PC cruises include plenty of activities that we enjoy, like the Anyone Can Cook series, trivia in the pub as well as family trivia in the Promenade Lounge, time in the adult-only Cove Cafe and pool area. DW gets lots of pictures of characters in various costumes and I do some of the daytime beverage tastings (wine, beer, mixology, champagne, and the chocolate and liquor tastings were all good; I’ve not done the whiskey, cognac, etc. tastings since these have usually been scheduled at 10 pm or later).
