If you were going to get arrested , what would it likely be for?

I feel like one of these days I'm going to blow and beat the living crap out of somebody. So...assault and battery may be in my future.

Smuggling prescription drugs into the country because my health insurance is terrible.

If my taxes keep going up, tax evasion could be a possibility too.

Me too. It'll be assault. Lots and lots of assault lol.
Yup. Assault. Most likely at the store when I am behind someone who:
A) Tries a half dozen credit/debit cards until they find one that is accepted
B) Has 31 items in the 10 items of less checkout
C) Tries a half dozen credit/debit cards until the find out they all have been declined.
D) Is $5 short and can't which items to take back.....with a $1,200 iPhone X on their belt whose calculator would have told them before they got to the checkout what their total bill would be.
E) Argues that the price on an item is wrong....but with a price clearly too low for it to ever happen, like 20 cents a pound for a cross rib roast.
F) Chatting up the checker after everything had been rung up, but before swiping their credit/debit card, or opening their wallet to get money.

I'm going to say tax fraud because according to a very kind and concerned Nigerian-sounding guy who leaves me voicemail 3 times a day, Revenue Canada currently has a warrant out for my arrest. The good news is that if I call him back right away he'll help me make payment arrangements, so everything might turn out OK after all. :rotfl2:

Assault isn't enough in that case. Murder with a hope for manslaughter is more appropriate. Get a clue and a little self awareness, iphone Xer.

road rage. Man there are so many idiots out there. Why do people turn into imbeciles when they get behind the wheel????

Hit and Run. I want to ram my car and t-bone all the cars that cross an uncontrolled crossing on a highway. The speed limit is 55 mph and 2 or more cars will cross within 10 ft of you coming straight at them, They do not care, they feel they are there and they can go. I have come to a complete stop, drove into the shoulder and the ditch, to avoid hitting these cars crossing right in front of me.

I think I would get arrested for aiding and abetting a criminal act. NOT that I would really do that but I have a real problem identifying/recognizing faces. I just forget what people look like unless I see them often.
Sometimes I really do think that if I was ever witness to a criminal act and the police questioned me about what the bad guys looked like they would think I was trying to cover up for them because I probably wouldn't be able to give them much in the way of details.

I’m a goodie goodie, but it would probably be for back talking to an officer or perhaps decking someone who pushed my bottoms one too many times.

Edited to add: Road rage. People in Memphis, TN cannot drive! They are rude and inconsiderate. No one obeys the carpool lane rules. It's a joke. Other west coasters that I've talked to find it just as frustrating as I do. Stop signs and lights are mere suggestions to many of the drivers.

Smuggling illegal weapons across international borders.

That sort of happened to me back in the mid 1980's. I wasn't arrested, but I was detained by US customs at the Toronto airport and my "weapon" was confiscated.

Dang, who didn't wear those back then? I probably would have been detained driving across with "roach"clip feathers hanging from my rear veiw mirror.
