We are waiting on an AKL one right now and we are pretty anxious too! Kinda funny really. I did not think it would be a big deal to wait but we are getting sorta caught up in all of the emotion, and other people's stories, on these boards. It's fun too, but definitely anxiety provoking

Probably 4-6 weeks your account will be all set up and ready to use. But could take even longer, depends on selller to get their closing docs in.

I saw that a few people who submitted on 7/18 were told on 8/8, so I am hoping to hear next week? But I also read that several people had their contract taken for SSR, so I am anxious. It has made me stalk my email more than I probably should.

We put in offers on 3 contracts; this is the first one that was not already taken. Here is to hoping!

I'm really nervous because it's a Dec use year and there seems to be a pattern with them taking contracts who's use year is coming up, plus it's loaded. We already own 150 (direct) w/Dec use year at AKV and need the same use year. I'm really hoping they waive because its a larger contract. What do you think our odds are?

Should have been a week earlier but seller was slow to return contract. We shall see, paid a premium for the extended but fit the budget and based off some of the listings Ive seen the last few weeks its not far off

I think that is a nice contract for the size and that it is an extended OKW.
