I know many people are discussing the Touring Plans Dining Reservation Finder, but I am not sure if everyone knows what it is or where to find it, so here is a link: https://touringplans.com/walt-disney-world/reservation-finder

I also wanted to ask if anyone that has used it has had any success with it?
I'm using to try to find a Beaches and Cream reservation on a Saturday afternoon. Haven't been successful yet, but I'm hopeful!

Question - how likely are December MVMCP tickets to sell out? We are waiting on news for a Last Jedi premiere/after-party (like they did with the Force Awakens) but just in case that doesn't happen or we can't get tickets for some reason, MVMCP might be a plan B for us. We would be purchasing them in mid to late October.

Today's Question of the Day is keeping it simple!

How many days do you have left until you at the WORLD?!?!

My countdown is at 167 until I am the WORLD and 166 before we begin the drive down!!

Our countdown is at 164 today! We started at >500 so it feels so short now. Can't wait for double digits (and 60 days, and 0 days)!

I have used it for the last two trips and something similar before that. We have had success with every reservation we have tried to get. I have used it to get BOG PPO, 'Ohana, and at least one other that I can't think of right now. You have to be super fast sometimes. I lost a reservation once within minutes, so I am a bit intense when I get the alert now. We are currently using it to try to move up two reservations to better PPO times, but I might give up on those and use it for Garden Grill since that is the biggest current gap for us.

Hi all

DD (8) and I will be joining the holiday fun at Disney this year. We're seasoned AP holders but this will be our first time going in December. Our dates are December 20-24 and we're staying at BLT.

I have a question for all you seasoned Disney in December folks. My ADR window opens in 3 days and I'm still unsure of what to book because, like everyone else, I have no clue what the park hours will be. I know Disney will shuffle the park hours around alot between now and December but do any of the parks usually open super early most mornings in late December, which would make booking a 8am ADR uselss?
:thanks:

164 days for us just like shairpdrh!!! 163 until we start the drive!

On touring plans I have 1 alert for the Garden Grill for Breakfast on Dec 4th as well as 1 for Tusker House on Dec 2nd... No luck so far and both are for a party of 10... C'mon Disney Magic!!!

My party of 8 will be there Dec 8-16. Our girls don't know yet and we can't wait to be in WDW again!:cool1:

We're doing the same! I sure wish they'd announce Last Jedi plans earlier. C'mon, October!!

I just double checked it and I thought I put in what you said? I have you at the Contemporary as BLT (Bay Lake Towers) and TPV (Theme Park View)? I went ahead and added Contemporary there for you as well.
We aren't staying at the Bay Lake Towers. That is what I wanted you to change. We are staying in the Contemporary tower. I had it mixed up. Thanks.

FYI for nerds like me that like to wear disney shirts to the parks: I went to Kohls today to spend some kohls cash and found a BUNCH of men's disney tees for $1.50! They had limited sizes left, but I can wear a men's small so I snagged 4 new shirts for the trip for $6! I also saw a few women's/juniors Disney tees for $4 on the clearance racks.

I tried to upload a pic from my phone but the file is too large...but I got Genie, Star Wars, pumbaa and timon, and aliens from toy story :)

I will have to go and check Kohl's out tomorrow after work! Thanks as I am one of those Disney nerds! I have 3 passholder shirts, flower and garden, Epcot anniversary shirt, a Car of Progress one too, among others. Call me crazy for Disney!

I didn't try BOG as I personally think it's over priced and overrated - but BOG used to be hard all meals, now tons of breakfast and lunch sat available for my dates - Ohana was booked at 6:04 on my 180ADR booking day and it is just me and my DH

I got BOG Lunch for my last day, Sat Dec 2nd...but I really want BOG Dinner for 11/28 or 11/29....FINGERS CROSSED!!!!

John

Question: If there is an ADR you really want and you are checking daily, how do you check: via website, app or calling Disney Dining???
