SDFP: CHANGES COMING!! Beware the 7th of June?!

The precedent of a paid fastpass has been set since the announcement of MaxPass! Perhaps they are waiting to see what the reaction to that will be, before they move forward with a paid fastpass at Disney World.

But you will notice it's only going to be same day FPs booked one at a time. It could be they learned prebooking 3 at a time zaps the inventory too quickly.

Just thinking out loud...I wonder if the changes are below the surface, meaning there are no changes to how we book FP's (normal, CPFP, NBFP, SDFP...) and use them, but now that the systems are connected, Disney can better monitor and detect when the system gets abused (whatever that might be).

...or the changes are still coming; they just haven't been put into place yet.

In anticipation of my upcoming trip, I would like to make friends with my other MDE account, in case the changes actually do rid the world of SDFP and move us to CPFP use. However, when I go into my primary MDE and "Add a Guest", I don't see any way of entering the email address of the other MDE account. When I choose the "Find through my Connected Guests" option, I get the message "There are no connected Guests you may add at this time. Please select a different way to add your new Guest". Any assistance on this would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Do the "I'll enter their name and age" Once you enter their name and age a field comes up to enter their email and invite them. Took me awhile to figure it out too.

Just used a SDFP on an unlined MB (ebay) and it worked at BTMR. The ride is down right now and the are telling everyone to leave the line.

wow that is hard core. they took down the ENTIRE ride to punish you!

Eventually you'll want to link the two MDEs via Add a Guest on your Family and Friends list. Then link the 3 MBs. Then link the 6 NE tix to the 3 MBs and the 3 MNSSHP profiles. Then you can do donor CPFP. But not yet.
