Jay: "HI Jade. Bullseye!!" He ran to his favorite horse and gave him some hugs and pets.

OOC: I found some nice reasonable houses in the Chula Vista area, but it's all so compact. I'd imagine Clint wanting some space, especially with part of his time in NYC. I'm not going to find an exact location or address, but I'm going to have them live in the mountain East of Chula Vista in a ranch home. The training center is about fitment minutes away.

Jay: He enjoyed riding next to his pretty girl and being outside overall.

I'm sure he'd be thrilled to add a little guest house in the backyards. The mountains are peaceful. There's a lot of places to ride too."
