I have had it with the ADR system on MDE for BOG

There should be absolutely no way that you can select a time, go through the entire booking process (selecting your party, agreeing to the guidelines) only to have the system NOT make the reservation for you. Time after time this morning, that happened. Time after time this morning, I was offered a time, clicked on it, only to the system reboot back to the booking page. If you show me a time, I click on it, it should be held. 15 minutes after the window opens, and the ADRs are all gone for our trip next week. It's not going to make or break our vacation, and we've eaten there before, but dare I say that the FP system was better.
 
Agreed!!!! So frustrated! we have never gotten to eat there and time after time I would select a lunch time, only to get a message saying it was having problems! I can't even call them because they don't open until 7!

Have you tried using the MDE app? I had that issue last month and was able to make the reservation using the app, but not my computer. I would imagine the systems are just jammed right now. I hope it works out for you quickly.
 
i'm trying with both app and computer. app faster but still same issues. every time i try, lunch ADR times are disappearing!! grrrrr!!!
 
This stinks. I thought it was a problem on my end and now I can see it isn't, although people must be getting through because my time keeps changing!
 
Same thing happened to me and now there are no times available. Upsets me that I was all the way at the end of booking it.

I think it's actually pulling out the slots even for failed ADRs because I'm seeing the same thing... and I'm trying for a 180+5 at this point. I can't imagine too many people are pulling those times.

This is what I think, too. There's no way all these slots are gone already. I think they're having too many errors so they pulled everything to make it look like it's all booked.
 
Same here. This is so frustrating. The same thing happened to be Monday when I tried to make my other reservations. I called at 7 AM and the only dinner time I could get for BOG was 8:25. And that was 180 + 7 days!
 
The APP won't let me see past 180, and even though I finally got to the point of putting in my cc and accepting terms online, it won't finalize and give me a confirmation number.
 
I've selected about 25 different times now on various days and every time I select a time it just cycles me back to the search again. When I try to search again some of the same times are still available but for 40 mins now I can't get past selecting a time. And I'm having this problem with all reservations, not just BOG.
 
I've had a total of 4 time slots now and have lost them between app & computer. Guess I will be calling along with everyone else in 15 minutes!
 
2 different laptops, an iphone and an ipad. and got all the way to where you complete the reservation and then got an error message.

I think they pulled them online and are going to make them phone call reservations???

Really frustrated I woke up early for this!!!
