Got some leather stuff in Florence. A bit of Murano glass in Venice. Some scarves. Hmmm, I must be forgetting something...

At work this morning and instead of reading the 542 emails waiting for me I am on the ABD website dreaming of another adventure! Where will it be????

Absolutely loved reconnecting with friends and making new ones on this trip. The statues, food, drinks, and shopping are marvelous, but it's the laughs and the people I will treasure the most!!!!

Sweet Jesus, the Viking River cruise Paris/Normandy itinerary has a pre or post trip add on that includes a visit to Downton Abbey!!!

I am impressed that you went to work today. I am being a slug until tomorrow. Since we have no food in the house, Chuck and I went out for breakfast and I almost said buongiorno to the hostess. It's going to take some getting used to, no more lavish breakfast buffets for a while.

Just wanted to post a shoutout to Karen (APurpleBrat) for organizing the pre-Adventure Culinary Tour of Rome. We're busy unpacking our stuff and came across the brochure from that night. It brought back some wonderful memories of the really neat places we visited. Yum!!!

Home and back at work this morning. What an amazing experience!

We saw Dusty at the Airport yesterday. He took a travel voucher for a different flight. It was good to see him one more time before we went home.

I cannot confirm or deny any of the events that may or may not have happened on this trip. (And there was no enabling on this trip whatsoever)
