Total ick about the stinky guy! I would have tried to be up and out of my seat as much as possible. Good thing there was a seat between you two otherwise it could have been way worse!

I absolutely loved reading about your trip, especially being part of your trip I had such a fantastic time meeting up with you again. The first time at WDW was way too short, but the second time was much better! Could have been longer though, IMO, right?! I'm sorry I didn't plan better on my half to stay the night. But in the future, we'll definitely meet up again, either at WDW or DCL!

Can't wait to hear about your next trip coming up in 2 weeks though! Very excited for you

I have to shower in the morning or I'm grouchy the rest of the day, and most days take an evening one as well, helps me sleep better. Ooohhhh, Atlantis! Did you go to the waterpark?

I think you are right re get use to their odour. Yuck! They should go through the 'anything to do declare' channel lol.

Oh yes the waterpark was great! But not as good as Wadi Wadi in Dubai. That's the best waterpark ever imao. Oh my I would love to stay at The Atlantis on The Palm! Dubai is amazing. Love Ski Dubai! And the Shopping... Ohhhh...

Yes, it could have been way worse! I was very thankful for that seat!

I agree, the first time was way too short but I'm so glad we worked it in. I thought the SAME THING! I probably would have followed you to the car chatting the whole way, I was having so much fun, but I didn't want to seem like a stalker I hope we can figure out something, I think we'd have a blast!

Woo hoo for any upcoming trip to VGF! Please take LOTS of pictures. I am making my 11 month reservation there Tomorrow! SO excited. Are you staying in a standard or a lake view. I am very torn, but have decided to do the standard view first.

Per mom's request it is a lake view. The only time the view matters to me is at AKV. I will definitely take lots of pictures, I'm so excited! Besides the rooms at SSR I have no idea what the villas will look like. I have abstained from looking at any of the photos posted, I want to be as surprised as mom when we get there. Ooohhhh, 11 month day is super exciting when booking!!!!

What's the difference between the waterparks? Corinna has done a few trips to Dubai and raves about the one there too.

The Wadi Wadi is great we have not been to Aquatica but we love Typhoon Lagoon as we love lazy rivers! The Wadi Wadi had the best lazy river! You sat in a tube and it actually took you uphill they had motors on a track that hit when your tube got on the track. Omg we stayed on it for hours! It's hot in Dubai!

They also had the most awesome rides! Surf pools etc. gravity ones! Dubai is def worth a visit!

We played the day before Veterans Day so we thought the Armed Forces thing was appropriate, everyone loved it!

Even for Queer Couples? I thought that they were quite anti-queer and had measures in place to stop us from coming there. You two don't look quite as obvious as Fran and I, and could pass as two "friends", but the two of us definitely look like a "butch/femme" couple and would be reluctant to travel to places where they actively comdemn our "lifestyle".

that's a good point. But we didn't experience anything like this. But you do have to be careful I have heard stories of people being arrested not just for being gay but for kissing in public etc. As long as you don't show any affection in public you would be ok. But that is the same for most people. And there is no drink except in the main hotels and only for visitors. Def different rules but as long as you keep to them we found it ok. I wouldn't visit any of the other Middle East countries. I would be too scared and I wouldn't go back now but that's just because I can't eat the food. Omg the food blew my mind. It was amazing.
