We are arriving June 30 and staying through July 7 at Bonnet Creek. This is our first time to be there during the Fourth of July. I can't wait! We will be coming from a week at Siesta Key Beach so we should be well rested for some action-packed Disney days!

This is just a Mommy and Me trip for myself and DD7, celebrating our birthdays in July.

I don't have any ADRs yet, as we just decided to go this week.

The last time we went in July was 2010 and had a great time!!

Can't believe I can officially say that our trip is less than five months away! Time is really picking up. Had to cancel our September trip and I was really sad about it, but now that we get to go longer in July, I am feeling good about things again. My mom is going to be able to go for longer now too, which the kids will love.

My kids have no idea that we are going yet. Don't want it to be a total suprise but I don't want to tell them yet.

We are taking them to see Disney on Ice this weekend. A little something Disney to look forward to and the kids are really excited.

That will be fun - I would love to see Disney on Ice!

I can't believe you have off this next week. I would kill for a break. My kids at school are challenging this year and with no snow days it's making it feel like the year is crawling. Would love a good week off to recharge with my family. At least we have off on Monday. That helps.

We have not had snow days here either - not even a delay! I thinks things are going to start to fly really soon now though! We are going to Disney for spring break - then we have DD high school graduation in June, and soon it will be back to Disney for summer!

Besides the new FP enforcement, new ADR policy, SOTMK, the new Goofini & Dumbo & Circus Station plus Test Track (closed) is there anything else new for July?

We just went to WDW in January and got AP (thus the reason for this unexpected trip). Welcome! I added you to the list on page 17. Fourth of July in Disney is a lot of fun even with the crowds. I love Mickey in his patriotic outfit...so cute!

I am so sad that Test Track will be closed. That is one of the reasons we wanted to go in September too so we could see it completed, but I guess we will have to wait for the following year. I haven't told my son yet. He will be so disappointed. It's his favorite ride. I am glad to that my daughter is tall enough to ride everything except a few rides. She is finally 40" exactly. Hoping she will keep growing by July, but 2 more inches will be a stretch even for her.


Oh and my family was really sad to learn that Cape May Cafe woud be closed for a refurb while we are there. We always go there for dinner. My son loves it.

Test track is going through a refurb and will be closed from early spring until September some time. I think it specifically send early fall.

The FP rule is apparently changing so that you can only come back 5 minutes early and no more than 15 minutes later than your window and this will start on March 7. There is a big discussion about it on one of the threads. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

We too were really disappointed that Test Track will be down. It is one of my son's favorite rides as well. His other is Star Tours which was down for refurb last visit... So at least one of his favorite rides will be back open. Just gives us another excuse to return again.,. Although the look on his face when I told him test track would be down was killer....

XPass?? OK, now this is getting complicated. Fortunately, I plan out our itinerary far in advance! I wonder if there will be a cost for this XPass to DVC members staying on points, since the DVC resorts are in the category "Deluxe Villa".

It is always hard when something is closed. I think MK is going to be sooooo busy at spring break with BTMRR closed. I am glad Dumbo is supposed to reopen then! That probably means Soarin' at Epcot is going to be packed all summer!

We will be there from July 15-July22. My husband coaches a 10-11 year old girls soccer team and we are bringing them to play in the Disney International Cup at Espn Wide World of Sports!! There are 32 of us making the trip...as of right now!! Last time I traveled with a group to Disney was my Freshman year in High School almost 20 years ago should be interesting!!
