Oh thanks I have to remember , I will be there then. they had it last year but I chickened out , you had to get up like 4 AM and hope that a bus would come to pick you up in the dark and take you to DTD. I wish I had a friend to go with me

Just bought my tickets. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can find some goodies. Even if I don't it is nice that the money goes to an awesome cause. I didn't have an ADR planned for that morning so I that as a sign from the universe that I have to go to that sale.

Ok this was one interesting site....so I payed and got a page about the sale saying I paid and got an email from them saying thank you for registering but nothing saying print this to get voucher at sale..it really says nothing. Which do you think you bring and where do you go to get the wrist band? thanks for your imput.

I got the same thing you did. I am going to wait until tomorrow to see if I get an email with the voucher or more information. If I don't then I will call the number on the site and find out how the process works. I will let you know what I hear. I hope you find some awesome deals!!

Ok then I am not crazy....I have dial up here in the woods so everything takes forever to come up and today was especially sloooooow.. so I never got to read all of the screens that came up and never noticed that they have some other info on there about calling... If you do find out that would be super... I know last year I went to DTD after the sale and the CM said it was crazy...I figured they might have stuff left over....no way anything on sale was removed...either it all sold or they were amazing... I was going to go but it was so dark and lonely at 4 AM and I would have had to get a bus from BWV all by myself I talked myself out of it...LOL I think alot of local go . I remember years ago I went to one over in Celebration that they had in a gym over there and it was crazy there and the sale ran for 3 days and I went on the 3rd morning...there was tons of stuff there, I don't know if they still do that...they used to have them in Oct and April...
Well I hope you get lots of super stuff.... we will be going down in a little over a week so I figured I would get the voucher now just in case...

ok tanks for doing that. Right now I am at the hospital waiting for my PET scan so I appreciate that. Leave next Tues for Disney so hope we know by then cause cant print down there.

Thank you for the good wishes...and yes I did get good news a clean scan, so cancer free for now and not another scan for 6 months... so great news...I told my husband before the scan, we are going to Disney no matter the results but all turned out good.

I don't know too much about the sale never having gone..I was there last year like I said but chickened out this year I figured I would buy the ticket as extra motivation to get up and go...some one said they have buses that run down to DTD but who knows it that really was true and it is pretty lonely looking around 4 AM.. probably be the only person on the bus too...

We'll be at BLT, so I don't know if I would drive or see about a bus.

Disney does do bus pick ups for special events. Like the marathons, they'll pick up the runners at the resorts at like 3 or 4 am.

Try contacting the bus department directly or Guest Relations at DTD. The 407WDisney number and the front desk of a resort might not have the correct information.

How do you find out if there is a bus, ask the desk CM or who handles buses?

Ok I just got and email from a Robert Paulich with a voucher pdf file attached with the voucher printed...I did not open it yet so do not know what it looks like I am on a laptop now and can not print have to go to mail computer to do that but I guess that is the voucher that we need... now all we have to do is get up... maybe I will post over on the DVC board maybe someone there has gone before...???? Maybe we will meet up at the sale. we leave Tues Oct 18 and will be there til Nov 8. just have to find out about buses...
