Why do I totally believe that.



I love RFC, but I really want to do dessert at BB so I'll be saving my appetite (and pennies!!) for that. I might get something small for dinner. OR maybe go to Redd Rockett's for some pasta. The chicken pasta is good.

Hey Sarah, a spot opened up for the BB dessert. Are you interested?? Shirley and I are on that list, as is your roomie Daisy. (Capri will be gone by then sadly.)

Thanks for letting me know Beth, but I don't really care for the food at BB. Last time I went I had dessert but didn't care for it over much. I might do Redd Rockets....especially since the time I had it planned for was going to have 2 meals with chicken and pasta.

Why don't we plan on Redd Rockets...what time would you like to meet up? I agree that Shirley needs to experience BB...I ate there once with my dh and while I didn't care for the food I loved being there!

I haven't eaten at the Mexican place in DCA...the tostada is at Rancho where we are meeting the first day! I have heard they are very different and would love to try the one in DCA someday...probably won't happen this trip...I think my meals are just about all planned already!

Riverbelle Terrace is counter service. There might be a line so it could take a few minutes to get through but I would think right at opening it shouldn't be too bad. I ate there twice on my last trip; I am already craving those pancakes!

I've been there many times at opening and it gets crowded. I think those who are planning on eating there would need to be 1st in line at the entrance gates, which would be around 7.00 a.m.

Thanks to all who sent good thoughts and hugs my way. Last night I was just doing too much thinking for my own good and was feeling a little down, but today looks brighter both literally and figuratively. But, I am calling Hojo in a few minutes to cancel my room since I lost my roomie. Hopefully either Beth and Shirley or another roomie group will take pity on me if I can swing the trip. I only snore a little bit

If I bought all this the plane might not get off the ground. Well I can take it down by at least two; tweezers (hardly any eyebrows) and nail clippers (bite my nails), that should lighten the load.

Oh, slippers. I guess that would be a good idea. I will have to buy some since I run around barefoot all the time.

We've had experiences where we had to wait half an hour (for a paid event) because people didn't take into account walking time, bathroom time, emergencies...

So to keep everyone happy and relaxed. please build in your extra time.

Okay, I agree with this. The first year I got kind of irritated as not everyone is interested in doing things the same way, but I felt out of courtesy that I should be more accomodating. Mostly just pissed me off. I was ready to leave for rope drop...how come we missed it by an hour?

So, last year, I decided that I would get there at such and such time, and I could go it alone, or anyone WHO WAS READY could join me. Either way, I planned to be happy. Much much better. So, if you plan to do things with a small group or with others...lay the ground rules first!!

Oops, now you will all be looking furtively about whenever I show up to get out of my way. No need......I am happy to play by myself!!!!! Getting to the park at opening is vital!!! Just saying.

So, what is Redd Rockets?

I have never eaten there but it is a restaurant in Tomorrowland near Space Mountain? and I have heard rave reviews about the chicken fussili there. They also have salads and pizza (though I have heard the pizza is really pricey for what you get).

Uh oh, just found another one in downtown disney....Tortilla Joe's. Any good? I could eat there for breakfast being that I will be 3 hours ahead if they were open...

I am with you AmySue - at least about planning what you want to do and doing it whether others or ready or not...last year my roommate didn't do things at the same pace as I do things which caused a lot of tension so let me just tell my roomies right now that I plan to do things like Amy Sue did last year and I hope that is ok with you!

I can't wait to hear from Heather! Going a bit nuts waiting!
