In anticipation of finally scheduling our Coven Meet (once all the official podcast activities have been announced), please let me know - either post or PM me -any cruise activities you currently have scheduled (i.e. spa appointments, Palo reservations, etc.) I want to start a spreadsheet to try to make it easier to find the most advantageous time where everyone can attend our dazzling event. Only a few more weeks!!!!!

I have Palo on the first night and the Dolphin Encounter in the morning on Nassau day.

Throw all the makings in a bag and Southwest it over here to New Orleans!

We'll do French Quarter Fest food and drinks then go back- I'll put Twilight or Breaking Dawn on the Ipod speakers and work on things!



(you're more likely to find Vampires here in New Orleans than Houston anyway!)

I'm getting so excited too! I'm about 90% finished w/ my little gifts. I gave a few out to my other Twi-girls here at home and they just LOVE them.

Lori--one of my best friends celebrated Mardi gras for the first time w/ some friends that live in the FQ. She had an amazing time. It's one of the things on my 'must do' list.
And.. that's right vampires/vampire lore is deep in the FQ. I think that is one reason why I like Edward's version of Twilight better.. reminds me of Lestat

We live in the French Quarter so I know how Mardi gras is! It's been a really fun time since Hurricane Katrina- still crowded but not crazy-crowded like it used to be...and everyone is just a little bit nicer nowadays!

C'mon down sometime and I'll even loan you a clean bathroom!

Whenever I go to NO I always want to drink in the morning. Everyone else is having Bloody Marys so it must be a good idea. It is the only place I have ever visited where I find myself ordering drinks in the morning.

Where I grew up you only drank early for the Kentucky Derby and that was still bad form if it was before noon.........However nowadays(!) I can be found holding down a barstool on the weekends with my bloody marys and mimosas............

I think they spike the tapwater here!

LOL..... Explain THAT one to her!!!!!!


I found feathers with a little green inset in them- not quite "lime" green, but you'll get the gist...... I hope to work on them some more tonight and hopefully I will have them done up to the point of the one missing piece I am still waiting on (Fingers crossed it gets here before we leave!)

I've had more fun working on these than picking out things for FEs!

ME TOO!!!!!! I have one other Twilight related project to start but most of the others have been mostly completed. I am off to the fabric store to hopefully get things for a new Twilight FE - not sure why I need more than 1 FE but it it more fun than actually working.
