It's 82 degrees today..........
Supposed to only be 60 tomorrow..........

That's what happened here! We had to turn the air on last night (80 inside)and then I woke up in the middle of the night to an arctic freeze. I was frantically closing windows and had to turn the heat on! Oh I am in a funk!

Cammie! Don't get zapped! Just had to use one of those new smileys! We have thunderstorms today and through the week - it was high 80s last weekend when I wasn't here - now cold and rainy all week. nice to have the grass watered, but this is crazy. I have to go pick Jim up from work - he rode his bike! Have a great week!

Debbie - the weather totally affects my mood, too! But I'm weird in that I love cold rainy days in the winter, on the weekends when there's nothing to do except read in bed and doze off. I love it! Living in FL I get really upset when it's not sunny, like today when I had plans to go to the pool and have it all to myself for an hour. Once school gets out the rugrats will be all over the place!!!! Yesterday the pool was packed!!! I think we got the last two lounge chairs there, but the pools themselves weren't too bad. Not like wall to wall people or anything. OK, I'll stop talking about pools, and sun, and warmth.... Y'all will so be picking on my in another month or so!

I just got Ally two pairs of sandals for the summer. A pair of brown casual sandals with like a chunky low wedge heel, not too bad, and then I caved on a pair of white higher wedge heels that she begged for! They were 50% off at Bealls so they came out to be less than one pair at Famous Footwear (I love me a bargain!), but Jeff is gonna flip when he sees the "high heels" as she calls them. They are very little girly, with white leather butterflies on the straps, but just the higher heel. I just couldn't fight her. I'm such a terrible mother! But I did get her out of Justice without the $30 sundress she was begging for!!!! I was like, let's go to Target! Shopping for little girls is so hard now - I still get her a pair of black patent leather mary janes every year, but I think she's gonna rebel this school year if I try that. I hate to not let her wear some of the tasteful clothes that they make now, but they just make the little girls look so old! I feel so stuck between that darn rock and hard place. I remember when my parents said no and I felt like the only girl in school who didn't have such and such. But then again, I know now why they said no! This parenting stuff sucks! Jeff said if we let her do everything she wants to now, we can count on her pole dancing in 10 years!

I hear ya, sista! It was a sad day when my girls outgrew Stride Rite and Gymboree! Lauren went through a stage where she LOVED high-heeled wedge shoes - the "clompier"(as she called them), the better. Don't worry, they outgrow it! Funny, now all she and her friends are interested in wearing is flip-flops. They're all into that casual t-shirt and camisole look.

Hey Girls.

Cammie- I'm in the same boat with allergies. My Blue car was yellow today and so was the black driveway. I hate this weather I wish it would just settle. I can't stand turning the A/C on then the Heat. It is crazy. If it was just DH and I I would just throw on another blanket.

Debbie- How are you doing? I have been on Celexa for PPD and now that the weather is becoming a little better my mood has been perking up too. The doctor calls it Seasonal affective disorder he says almost everyone suffers from some form of it.


Kara- Yeah I am glad we will all finally get to meet. We are looking at Nov 11th to Nov 19th We are going to stay at CBR I am hoping for a really good code. I have planned out our ADR's and am going to call tomorrow.

Jillian - your plans look great! It looks like a Kara, Cammie and Jillian sharing a slush (or four! ) in Epcot!!!!! Now I just need to figure out where to stay for those two nights. I think Ally and I will just wing it for two days with CS meals but I may throw in a character meal for her.

It is disgusting. What's getting to me is that over the past few days it's now forming in my house. I have cherry wood furniture - you should see the clumps of "yellow" dust everywhere! Ewww!

Good luck with your ADRs! I think I may be at MK on the 13th also! And Friday, the 14th, we should be in Epcot at night. Fridays are usually late EMHs at Epcot, so we always hit that. The "official" Nov. hours haven't been posted yet and I'm still waiting on the Osbourne lights schedule, so if they're on, we may jump to DHS for a little while that night.

Jillian - you've picked almost all of my favorites. I love OHana's! Besure to book it 1 hour before the fireworks so you can have an amazing site of the castle with the fireworks all around it...don't forget to ask for a window seat! The picture of the castle from my seat at OHana's is my desktop at work. So whenever I'm feeling down I can look at it and smile thinking of the food! Tell the Hula lady we said hello, "Huki Lau, where the fishes swim and we throw our nets out. It's the Huki, Huki Lau." We're hoping to get to LeCellier the next time we go..it's always booked. Let me know how the new Italy place it, we loved L'Alfredos and were sad to see it go.

Uh, yeah, but who's counting??? I have a feeling that we're going to "overdo" it this year and then back off for a year. We're planning another week for May of 2010 so maybe just one or two weekend trips next year. At this rate, I'll never get a 40% off code cause they know these suckers will be there no matter what!

OK, all caught up on Greys and DH, the Lost season finale is tomorrow, right? I'm so sad! I hate the season finale of my favorite shows. I need to get a life!

Yes I suffer from all of the above. I tried to go drug free yesterday but I was miserable so today I am back on the Allegra D, skin medicine (antibiotics) and Advil! I definitely am affected by the weather. There is no doubt about it! Actually this time it might be more than allergies. I might be fighting a cold.

Jillian...your trip plans look great. You guys will have fun! That's the time of year we were there last year and it was great! When you see the castle lit up with icicles you are gonna die!

Kara..if I was living in Florida WDW would be my get away too! Why wouldn't you??? You don't have to pay airfare!!!!! No more tickers though...It's too hard to read the thread with all your tickers stretching it out! Plus you want to ease it all on us so we don't hate you!

Cammie....I would be dying with that pollen. When I saw an actual allergist he said that the windows should never be open! I know what he means but that would be awfully pricey (and stifling)

Hi guys. Crappy day here .... literally. The toliet stopped up yesterday - so after lots of plunging and snaking (sorry for the visual) - NOTHING. Had to get a plumber out. He had to remove my toliet and sit it in my shower so my floor, shower, and toliet are all covered with raw sewage just waiting for me to clean. Top it off, the bedroom and the bathroom reak of raw sewage and it is RAINING here, so opening the window isn't an option just yet. I closed off the bathroom and waiting for an hour when it is suppose to stop raining to air things out while I clean. There will be lots of bleach and lysol involved!!! If I could boil my floor at this point, I think I would!!!!

So, that is what is new here. Thought I would let you know as I haven't read any posts lately, nor will I probably get to today. Hope everyone is doing well, and having a non-crappy day!

We love the Mole and were so sorry when it got cancelled before! Plus, I think Anderson Cooper is awesome! They did a celebrity Mole before they cancelled it and it was awful! But we love trashy reality TV! Did you ever watch Paradise Hotel? It had to be the worst - but I was hooked!

There was a second Paradise Hotel??? Can't believe I missed that one! Oh well, I'll be up for the next Big Brother - that's my way of winding down on Sunday night. Just need to make sure Ally's in bed before that starts up - she watched parts of the one with Danielle and Evil Dick. She hated him!!! It's funny - she likes all the pretty girls though. Still that whole fairy tale princess thing I guess!

Just went through tons of ink on my printer! I printed out photos for the frames and starting to get ready to scrapbook! Yeah, right! It'll be done by Christmas! Oh wait, I still haven't finished the one from 2006!!!

Sorry to hear about all allergies and miserable weather .. i suffer from S.A.D too i hate the winter and horrid weather and am suffering after having 2 weeks of beautiful weather to constant rain here at home gggrrr France and England aren't even that far away!!!!!
