Hi Peeps,
I am -1 pound this week...only 3 more to go !!! Melinda sorry for the late afternoon post, I hope I don't mess up the numbers.:teacher:

Dan...6 pounds WOOHOOTY !!!! You are flying....

Wonders10: I LOVE it when you start fitting into clothes that used to be tight...Is it not the BEST feeling ?????

...seems like we have a lot of big losers today. Congrats to everyone  .

Kim

Someone besides me is gonna have to swoop. I'm a loser, but not the biggest loser. -1.8 this week (trainer thought I should exercise only 60 minutes a day... ha, was he WRONG!) :yay:

Speaking of sexy-trainer dude... he's out of town for the next 2 weeks... must workout more and eat better so he'll notice a difference when he returns. :thumbsup2 :lmao:

alright fancy pants - you can do it (said in my best TonyLittle voice) - 1.8 is a really good number!!! hey you still lost!!!

Dene have you treated you with a new workout outfit lately? I have a favortie sleeveless airwick shirt and workout pants...I feel really good about me when I wear it...have you treated yourself to any of this?

PS duh -what big number are you stalling at?

Wow it is really quiet today. Or it seems it. Anyway, I just wanted to share some exciting news. Well, exciting for me. I have 3 pairs of really cute bermudas and a denim skirt that I bought online but did not fit into. Some I could get on, but they did not look good at all and some I couldn't even button. Well I was trying to decide what to wear to cute dentist this afternoon so I tried them on - and they fit! All of them! I'm sooooo excited. This is a huge motivator for me. :

That is so exciting!!! I still remember 5 years ago when I went in the dressing room with a size 18 pants from the ladies section and they fit, I did a little dance in the dressing room, it was the first time in years I didn't have to go to the plus size.

Princess Lynda ~

I just wanted to say that "AF" always kicks my hiney, too !!! I don't even weigh myself that week, it's pointless.

AS far as your goal for May, I totally predict that you will make it PLUS a few !!! I also wanted to say that you and UM have been encouraging me to excercise and didnt even know it. The challenge you set for each other has helped me. SO even though you stayed the same, you helped me lose !!!
Thanks so much !!:grouphug: You rock girl !!! :thumbsup2

Thanks! I need to hear that today! :) I actually lost during AF's last visit. This is the first week I have lost nothing at all since I started at the beginning of the year. (It was .5 lb one week, but that's still somethin'.) Thanks for predicting that I surpass my goal for May too! I don't think that it's unrealistic. It is actually 12 weeks exactly until my 5th wedding anniversary, which is the day we arrive at Disney. So, if I average a loss of 1.25 lbs. per week, I will hit my goal just in time. If I can get off my duff and exercise more, I should be able to average more than that. That would be stupendous! :teeth:

I'm glad that my challenge to UM is working for others as well! I want anyone else to join in that needs the challenge too. :goodvibes

Congrats to all the losers and samers :thumbsup2 ! Gainers - congrats to you too - you are sticking with it, posting your weight and not giving up! :thumbsup2

All of us are capable of doing it. Like my WW leader said last night - don't try, don't hope - KNOW! Know that you can do it! :cheer2:

Have a great Friday Peeps! :grouphug:

It does seem quiet.

Congrats on the clothes!!! That is the best feeling! :) I actually have one pair of pants (most of my pants are 20's right now.) that is getting TOO big, and I am wearing one of my size 18 pairs of pants. I was thinking of ordering the pair that's too big in a size 18 to see if it works. I can't wait to REALLY be down a size! It is SUCH a great motivator! Congrats again! :cheer2:

LOSS OF 2- yippeee! Ok I wnated more but heck I will take it! That means drumroll please.........I get my 20 lb ribbon today! Wooo Hoooty! Got in from work a few ago, need to talk to family and will come back and get caught up on all the Peeps goings on!!!

Hey all,

Just returned from the McDreamy McDentist. :cloud9: I so wish he were a general dentist too. Anywho - the stitches are still there. He said they will fall out eventually and if he tries to get them out himself it would pinch a bit so I said "Keep 'em in!" But he said it looks really good and I'm pretty much back to my usual routine. Although I'm still nervous to chew. It's been 2 weeks since I really ate anything and I think I forgot how to really eat  . And to top it off, I'm really craving a hamburger kids meal from wendy's (which normally I would let myself eat) but its Lent and Friday so no meat for me.

Later Peeps :grouphug:

WOO-HOOTY, FIDGE!!!:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

With most precints having reported in we are hovering dangerously close to 50 pounds.....48.85 total so far.

((crickets chirping))

OH, NO!!!

I killed the peeps thread! :scared1:

Wendy's gonna kill me!! :scared:

Hellooooooooooooooooooo everyone! I am here and ready to lose weight....Ok, maybe I'm not *totally* ready, but at least I'm here. ;)

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Linda. I am 26 years old and from Wisconsin. (yes, we are going to get over a foot of snow tomorrow) I have 2 kiddos and am a totally Disney freak. I have been there over 30 times in my lifetime and, if it wasn't for my husband's commission-based job, I would move down to Disney in a second. I vicariously live through my brother, who DOES work for Disney. He drives the monorail and I am supremely jealous when I hear how "hot" it is down there or how he gets to walk through my favorite hotel all of the time.

But, I digress.....I am here to lose weight.....or maybe gain some weight loss SUPPORT would be more appropriate.

I have struggled with weight my entire life, but mainly kept it at a manageable number, so to speak. Now, with 2 kids under my belt, my belt has LITERALLY expanded.

We are going to Disney over Christmas this year, come hell or high water, and I want to be able to walk through the turnstiles without having to turn sideways. We are also going to be trying for another baby next year, so I want to be healthy for that as well.

My weight loss goal is....um...Well, to be honest, I really don't have one, except I know I want to lose ALOT. I am 5'4" and weigh 187 pounds.....times 2. Yes, I weigh 375 pounds, but that's why I'm here! :)

I purchased a treadmill months ago and can count the number of times I have used it on one hand :rolleyes1 , so needless to say, I need some encouragement.

I can't wait to meet all of you!
