Ziplining from Juneau

My adult daughters want to do the ziplining/Mendenhall Glacier excursion in Juneau. Has anyone done this? I am 64 years old with pre arthritic knees, and I'm concerned that that might be a little too much for me, even if I am willing to do the ziplining itself. I am wondering how much walking or climbing this involves.
