Yet another AP question

On reading Sam's trippy she said her brother could have an AP as he was under 18 and she needed a signed letter from their parents.

When we go we are taking my DD and DH's DD and are getting Dream AP's for us all.

My DD lives with DH and I (so share the same address) but DH's daughter lives at another address with her mother.

Will this cause any problems? :confused3

Will we need permission for each of the girl's other biological parent?

We bought a Fantasy AP for my step-granddaughter in March - different address and surname to us and I signed the form without any problems. However, it does seem that different CM's interpret the AP rules in different ways.

Thanks for your reply.

Stepdaughter has same surname as DH and I but my DD has a different surname.

I hope it won't cause any problems.
