You really ARE back, Rusty. You've updated the AYCTE thread post #1 on the Dining Forum. Folks will be thrilled.
Next time you are at Trails End for a breakfast or dinner, can you throw some construction pictures of the new resort our way?
Unpack your bags and relax for a while.
Bama Ed
1) Thanks, Ed, for the re-welcome.
2) However, we can only unpack MY stuff.
3) I had the Kentucky Derby Long-Shot and it paid 65-to-1.
. . . $132.40 . . . $56.60 . . . $24.60
4) Of course Mrs. Scupper noticed the checking account deposit.
5) So, she is going to London in two months and taking her BFF for two weeks.
6) Everything is prepaid, except the "Tube Pass" for 12-days (good for unlimited "Tube", train, bus transport).
. . . scheduled: trip to Princess Diana property and house tour
. . . scheduled: walk across the "Beatles Crosswalk" on the EXACT 50th-anniversary day
. . . scheduled: tours of Liverpool Beatles' houses - first time all four residences have been open
. . . scheduled: trip to Dulwich to visit retired cousin
. . . scheduled: tour of Buckingham Castle and Afternoon Tea
. . . scheduled: shopping day at Selfridges department store and "spa" day
. . . optional: one live musical - we previously saw Lion King in London, so don't need again
NOTE:
For many years, she has put up with my expenses such as country club memberships.
I could hardly even question or mention such an extravagance on "found" money.
(Of course, I did have my eye on the new Taylormade driver for Senior Golfers.)
