At the expo now. Bib and shirt pickup was easy and fast. Had separate lines for those who needed to complete a waiver.
bib 38xx for the 1/2 has me in S3, but bib 43xxx has me in S1 for the 5k

That's surprising. Hard to make heads or tails of it without more data in the 5k bib group. Almost like the bibs are in reverse order (s3 is fastest and s1 is slowest). It'll be interesting to see where @rundisfan ends up with under 8mm. But we may have a hard time making any concrete conclusions.

Didn’t seem as crazy as years past. Big line to get in as they were limiting the number of people inside.

I saw someone post a pic on Instagram of a sign in the merch area saying limit of 2 items (I assume of the same item) per person? Was that always the case? Can anyone confirm they are seeing that?

It was roughly a 30 min wait to go in…
I lucked into them restocking my size in the Nightmare Before Christmas spirit jersey (just got that, the AP Tervis water bottle and my pre order pin/bundle set… I miss the race/weekend specific headbands

also got my 3 for $20 bondi bands I get at any race they are present (I’m a bit of a horder)

This is resort wide. I was at Disney last week and talked to a cast member at World of Disney and she said this is a new thing. They've been saying that they're going to implement it for years (5-6 she said) and they just finally did it. I'm glad to see that it's carried over to race merch.
