Is there anywhere else we can pick up our park tickets other than the booths at the park entrances?

Thinking either Disney Springs or the Swalphin?

Any Guest Relations, ticket booth, or Will Call window inside or outside any WDW park (including Epcot's International Gateway,) or at TTC, or at the Disney Springs Welcome Center, or at a WDW resort concierge desk.
(I'm not sure whether Swan or Dolphin can issue Disney tickets.)

Would this also apply to the Canadian Residents tickets which were issued as vouchers? They need to be changed to actual park tickets.
