Which F&W Pairing?

For the first time, we're going to be at WDW and be able to do a pairing/s. I'm trying to decide between the Italian food & wine, Mediterranean food & wine, and Moroccan food & wine. Couple of questions for those who've been b/f:
1. Were mussels, oysters, or clams served? DM will not eat those.
2. What did you like/dislike about them?
3. In what order would you rank them, best to worst? I may try to do 2 if they're awesome.

Last hear the italian one was different - it was wine vs beer and with each course they gave us both and w voted which went better with the course. It was great fun and the food was excellent - I'm disappointed they have changed it. There were none of the listed shellfish.

I just found out they ARE doing beer. vs wine as well as the wine only experience. The 2 hosts -1each for beer and wine - really made this fun last year. It was a high point for me - enjoyed it much more than the french traditions. So while it's not the one you asked about if you're looking for a more fun afternoon vs what might be a more serious dining experience I recommend it. We each had 10 glasses in front of us!

Those are two different pairings. Via Napoli has beer and wine pairing with food. We did that one last year and really enjoyed it. Tutto Gusto only has wine pairing with food.

In years past Italy (either Tutto Gusto, Tutto Italia or Via Napoli) has had the (1) Italian Food and Wine Pairing, (2) Italian Regional Food and Wine Pairing and (3) Italian Food Wine vs Beer. This year the (1) Italian Food Food and Wine Pairing is not being offered. That is the change from last year.
