I frequently have trips of 3+ hours if you mean total in a day (90 minutes down and back).
One way? I drive from MD to NC 2 times per month and I last made that trip last week.

Regularly drive 3 hours in a day if you count round trips since most family lives about an hour and a half away. After Fourth of July we drove 18 hours straight through back from Florida to Philly.
