Never and quite possibly never will. (Hartford, CT). My wife and I did drop by the Rhode Island state Capitol a few months ago to kill some time while in Providence for a cheer competition.

just in the city or do you mean actually visiting the state house. I live very close to the capital city so going there is routine. If you mean going inside the state house I think Dec 2019 when I chaperoned a field trip.

Last Thanksgiving and the day after. All my family was out of town so I went to a casino buffet (lost $100 playing blackjack too) and then spent the night and the next day in the Sacramento area. I will say that their light rail system can have some "interesting" passengers.
