We are planning a trip for this December. Last trip was December 2015. Is there anyplace we could go to get a "summary listing" of what is new since our last trip?

Star Wars experience (Hollywood Studios) - new enhancements for Star Tours (still random though) & Jedi Training
Hollywood Studios Fireworks set to Star Wars Theme
You can now Fastpass+ fireworks and get good seating
The Great Movie Ride - ending redone and photo-op added
Fastpass+ - you can use this in advance up to 60 days in advance

2016
Downtown Disney to become Disney Springs
massive overhaul to Animal Kingdom (Avatar-themed attractions)
Epcot - Soarin' Around the World debuts (update to current Soarin') and will add 3rd theater for crowded lines
Epcot - Norway pavilion will feature "Frozen" characters and theme (and meet-and-greet & boat ride)
Animal Kingdom - Kilimanjaro will be open at night and feature hyenas
Animal Kingdom - Rivers of Light (version of nighttime fireworks)
Animal Kingdom will begin to be open later (after dark)
Live Stage Show "Star Wars"
Turtle Talk with Crush will add new characters from Finding Dory
Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire will replace Dream Along with Mickey in Magic Kingdom (castle stage show)
Season of the Force - seasonal event in Hollywood Studios
New Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire stage show

Also, crowds have grown since 2015.

That list is somewhat inaccurate. For example, it talks about TGMR being redone in 2015 but makes no mention of it closing in 2017. So if I were seeing that list without knowing anything else, I would think the ride is still in operation.

Adding to the "no longer" list for the OP, there is no more nighttime parade at the Magic Kingdom.

I guess I am considering "new" things to also be things that are gone...basically, changes in totality not just additions.
