A clean/organized kitchen. I am a stacker by nature so we are in no way of the "nothing on the counters" type of person, but I realized it ratchets up my anxiety when there are dirty dishes spread all over the counter. Rinse and stack, in an orderly fashion, please! I usually do a load of dishes mid-day and DH cleans the kitchen every night: Dishes done, counters wiped down, food put away. We have just gone from being an empty-nester family of 2 to a multi-generational family of 5, and the kitchen is starting to get to me. Good news? New dishwasher arrives on TUESDAY!
