What time does cruise board?

I know to get there early and enjoy the terminal, but what time does boarding actually start?

Lately, boarding typically starts at 11:45am with the Family of the Day (the first folks to go aboard), followed immediately by the concierge guests. Then boarding group number 2 is called. From then on, boarding group numbers are called progressively, with pauses inbetween to allow the line to diminish before the next number is called.

Thanks, someone explained the number system to me but I didn't know the timing of it.
