What time does boarding begin?

I just recently booked on the Magic for November 1. This will be our first Disney cruise. What time does the boarding begin? I need to know so I know when to return my rental car.

Boarding begins at 12:00 noon, and ship sets sail at 5:00 pm. Have a great time!!!

The official boarding time is 1:00 pm but boarding generally begins between 12:00 and 12:30.
