6 am (sometimes 5:45 or slightly earlier) ET online. 7 am via phone.
You can book 60 days in advance. If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, you can hook up to 10 days (or length of stay) at that time. If you’re not, it’s 60 days before each day you want to eat.
