What Love Bugs?

So the residents of Florida deal with Love Bugs twice a year, May and September. I'm sure many of you camping friends have driven down and scraped them off of the front of your rig. Horrible disgusting critters! Anyway, starting last September (22) I've noticed there weren't that many around. Didn't know why. Actually, I didn't care and was just thankful. I didn't see more than a dozen this September. Well I saw this today and it seems that I'm not the only one who noticed:

I read about this a month or so ago. I do wonder where they are? But, I doubt anyone will miss them.

Yep, once the video said they were not a native species but invasive, I lost interest.

I don't miss them at all. My lanai used to get covered with them. In the past year or two, I only saw a couple instead of hundreds.

I saw that too and said good, that's one down. Now to get rid of the pythons and iguanas.
