Canada Day—July 1st. We have a bbq every year. Our best friends join us, we swim, enjoy good food and company. It’s the kick off of our summer. No family obligations, just fun.

Thanksgiving! It’s the most laid back of all holidays for me and it kicks off the official holiday season.

I just love the entire Christmas season. It really makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Corny as heck, but its the truth.

This! It's all about food and family! And like you said, a kickoff to the holiday season, which I love just as much!

I get federal holidays off, and my favorite federal holiday is Columbus Day. Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition, and nobody expects Columbus Day is a paid day off. It's the holiday equivalent of walking down the street and finding a dollar bill on the sidewalk.

But seriously, my favorite holiday is probably Thanksgiving. All the food, none of the stress of buying presents.
