They seem to do only multi day packages online. I want to stay two nights at a Disney hotel but only need a one day park hopper pass. Do I need to call Paris myself?

The latter is exactly what I want! When I put in my dates and search all hotels, the website tells me there are no packages available for those dates. The super early bird booking does require a two night minimum. Maybe it's just too early for anything else. I'm glad to know that I have booking options. Thanks! What do you mean by a single night? Do you mean room only, or just one night (with park tickets for 2 days)? Because the later you certainly can! And there are also deals available for one night stays. If you couldn't find it, it might because you clicked a different deal which did dictate you had to stay longer
Speaking of DLP rates, you might already be aware of that, there is a difference between WDW/DR and DLP in that it is not against DLP's policy to book a fare for another region that the one you're living in (they call it a “cross-offer”). It is best to do that by calling (since the website won't let you choose another country).
I never have a problem switching to other countries. There is a little flag in the upper right hand corner of the site. When I click on that, I can select any region on the globe, and then any country within that region.
Just leave the country as is, and put in your real address and country in the address field. They don't send you anything in the mail. You can change your country this way, I was referring to the fact that once you're making a reservation, the website won't let you enter any country as your address, which might be a problem if you don't actually live there and don't want to make up an address.

Sorry for the delay as work has been crazy! I booked in January for May. I'm sure you could look now for May of next year. How far out from your travel date were you able to book on Expedia? I am planning a London/Paris trip for late May/early June 2020. My family wants to stay one night on Disneyland property at the end of our trip. I had no idea that I couldn't book a single night on the Disney website. I can book a package for early June now, but I am not finding anything on the other booking sites. I'm guessing it's too soon?

They don't allow single nights during their busy season (after April 1st thru the fall"I was looking on the Spain website and found that package for June for $300 less than on the US site. However, it's a minimum of two nights, and I only need one night. I'll either have to wait for single nights to be released to Expedia or talk my husband into staying one more night.
