Here's one a few blocks from me in an area called Marina Bay...it's actually a condo. A lot of athletes have condos here. Tom Brady used to be my neighbor until he moved to NY!

I am sooooo moving to the mainland - it's amazing how much $1M gets you in other areas! A lot of the houses I've seen in other people's post would probably fetch $5M+ around here!
