What car rental agency has no long waits?

Picking up a car in August on a Monday at dinnertime. I have seen posts about hour waits to pick up a car (only renting one day to drop it off at disney because we are staying onsite). Is National the best rental agency to drop it off to at Care Care center? Or Enterprise? Main reason we are getting a rental is to stop and get some cases of water and snacks before checking into the GF. Thanks for any info.

Yes, just get signed up for any or all three of these and you can skip the counter altogether and go straight to the aisle and pick any car you want in the size you rented. With National and Enterprise you can also use Emerald aisle which may have bigger cars than you rented for same price.
